Graduation
Your application for graduation must be completed no later than the end of the first week of classes of the term in which you are planning to graduate. However, applying once you're registered for your final classes is recommended so we can begin reviewing your progress.
To apply for graduation, fill out the application in CampS. Login, then go to:

COMMENCEMENT
Commencement is held at UW-Eau Claire twice per year, in December and May. Spring graduates may attend the May ceremony, while summer, fall, and winterim graduates may attend the December ceremony. Both ceremonies are also streamed live. Please check the Commencement website for more information.

DIPLOMA
You will receive only a diploma cover during the ceremony. Your diplomas will be mailed to you at your permanent address 4-8 weeks after commencement.
